Privately owned by entrepreneurs serving entrepreneurs, Mutual Securities, Inc. realizes that your business running profitably is vital to our firm operating profitably. As such, minimizing overhead costs, including those charges passed through by your broker-dealer, is essential to operate successfully as an independent broker or advisor.
Our current pass-through fees are simple and straightforward. Mandatory Errors and Omissions (E&O) insurance is billed at $140.00 per month, and our Technology/Admin fee is $100 per month. You will also be responsible for all FINRA and state licensing fees. Advisors with gross production over $25,000 per month may have their Technology/Admin fee waived in such months. It’s that simple.
