Mutual's Automated Reporting System (MARS) streamlines back office operations, providing all essential compliance and operations reports through a single platform, providing advisors with a virtual paperless office. MARS monitors website usage, and when, or if, specific users are accessing reports that require mandatory compliance review. Storage of reports in our new Books & Records database is automated, and eliminates altogether the need to print and initial hard copy compliance reports. MARS includes our online populating forms which are necessary in setting up new account, journaling funds, ACAT transfers, etc.
MARS offers a centralized compliant processing system in a paperless office environment. With all paperwork being routed through our corporate office, we have the opportunity to image all documents required to be maintained for compliance purposes. The forms are imaged and indexed within days of receipt. These files are then made available for each associate through a virtual private network accessed via MARS.
